Salesforce Claims Tool

TCS was brought in to replace a prior development team who had over-customized their Claims tool. Users found it extremely difficult to navigate and training took a very long time. While identifying problematic primary worklflows, I also looked at all the design inconsistencies that could be solved quickly by aligning to SFLDS components and design system. I created a roadmap for an agile epic to address UX/UI debt before a major relaunch.
